Everyone is No. 1 January 16, 2008

歌曲:everyone is no.1

everyone is no.1
everyone is no.1

everyone is no.1
everyone is no.1

everyone is no.1
everyone is no.1

everyone is no.1
everyone is no.1

everyone is no.1
everyone is no.1

Hash Run January 11, 2008

Filed under: Happy Hours — applenix @ 12:21 am

Have you ever holding umbrella, and showering with a sarong beside the car?
Have you ever sit on the Ice before?
Have you ever introduce yourself as a guest by sitting on the Beer Carrier and finished 1 bottle of beer after that?

Today was an interesting and exciting to me. First time my sister and I participate a crowd of Jogging Lovers who are so passionate for jungle trekking!!

10012008002.jpg

There’re about 100 over people participate and almost every week they have this activity on and on! Sometime they’ll go Semenyih, Taman Cahaya, Subang and some places where they discover interesting and adventurous trek! And this time is Bukit Tinggi where on the way to Genting.

Every Trek is about 7-8km, not only jogging on the road, but also ventures into the jungle most of the time! And whoever “Patah Balik” (didn’t complete the whole trek by either jogging or walking), taking “short-cut”, or doing some “other” things which not related to jogging, then they’ll be punished by “sitting” on the Ice – Man with underwear, Woman with Sarong! Wah ha ha!

10012008.jpg

There’ll be free flow of Beer, Stout and 100Plus after your jog. I’m so sorry for a friendly jogging lover called Ah Ga, who helped me find strings to tie up my “smiley” sports shoe and my lengthy pants (which obstruct me to jog faster). He was punished sitting on the ice, finishing a beer because of helping me instead of jogging. Ha!

10012008003.jpg

Due to heavy rain and river is flowing extremely fast (luckily >.<) hence, we’re not able to complete the track. If not, I think I’ll be suffering during the whole journey with my “smiley” sport shoes. Haha…!! Hence, next time if you’re joining such activity, please wear a good trekking shoes (Adidas as suggested) and tight or short pants pls… If not there will be someone being punished again to sit on the Ice because of helping you. :p

By the way, this group of people are from PJ Hash Run Club. 🙂

My Life List January 9, 2008

Filed under: Dreams — applenix @ 10:36 pm
“One rainy afternoon an inspired 15-year old boy named John Goddard sat down at his kitchen table in Los Angeles and wrote three words at the top of a yellow pad, “My Life List.” Under that heading he wrote down 127 goals. Since then he has completed 108 of those goals. These were not simple or easy goals. They included climbing the world’s major mountains, exploring from source to mouth the longest rivers of the world, piloting the world’s fastest aircraft, running a mile in five minutes and reading the entire Encyclopedia Britannica.”
And have you got your “Life List”? Here’re mine, share with you.
It’ll be kept updating as time goes by. Wish you and me achieve our dreams.

January 1, 2008

Filed under: Uncategorized — applenix @ 8:43 pm

你看完這篇短文後,可以馬上起身去擦桌子,或洗碗;
可以把報紙放一邊,閉起眼睛沉思一會;
